Cancellation Policy:

 

This is a business. All will agree that time is our most valued asset. When someone forgets or cancels an appointment without providing enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another guest is unlikely, clients therefore miss the opportunity to receive the services they need, and revenue is lost. 

In the event that I do not receive the required notice for rescheduling adjustments and/or cancellations the following fees will be applied to your next appointment:

 

• I reserve the right to re-schedule an appointment if more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals will not have services discounted/have their appointments legthened due a clients  late arrival.

• Notifications given less than 24 hours for appointments will be charged $50 late cancellation fee. 

• "No show" clients will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled and must pay for missed appointment before being re-scheduled.

• Groupon or Gift Certificate clients who "NO SHOW" will result in forefiting there Groupon or G.C.

 

Minors/Children/Animals:

 

Unless you are a parent accompanying your teen to their appointment, children are not allowed in the studio. Please understand it is a potential liability. Animals are not allowed in treatment room other than service dogs.

 

Monthly Promotions:

 

Monthly specials or promotions cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.

 

Product Purchases:

 

Product purchases are non-refundable .
